The Aria Karsa products and this website are owned by Aria Karsa and protected by copyright law. Nothing on this page gives you any licence except as stated in section 3.

Our rights cover everything we made, including:

• The products — ERP, LMS and Sekolahku, including their software and the way they are organised.
• Their design — screens, layouts, icons, illustrations and screenshots.
• The brand — the Aria Karsa name, our logo and our product names, covered separately in section 6.
• This website — its design, text and images.

Third-party software and fonts remain the property of their owners; see section 8. What you put into the products remains yours; see section 9.

You get a licence to use the products, not ownership of them. While your account is active, your business may use the products it has chosen, for its own work, under our Terms of Service. The licence ends if your account closes or you seriously break those Terms.

Unless the law gives you the right regardless, you may not:

• copy, resell, rent or redistribute the products;
• reverse engineer the products, or try to work out their source code;
• build copies or modified versions of the products;
• remove or change any copyright or trademark notice;
• use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or work with you;
• copy or bulk-download content from the products or this website without our written permission.

You do not need our permission to:

• Write about Aria Karsa — reviews, tutorials and comparisons, including screenshots of the products in normal use.
• Link to us from anywhere.
• Export and reuse your own data. It is yours; see section 9.

Aria Karsa, our logo and the names of our products are our trademarks:

• ERP
• LMS
• Sekolahku

You may use these names in plain text to refer to our products accurately. You may not use them, or our logo, as part of your own product, company or domain name, or in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you.

Names of customers and other businesses shown on this website, such as Northshore Health, Dokter Mobil Group and Al-Izhar School, belong to their owners.

This website uses third-party software and fonts under their own licences. They remain the property of their authors, and nothing on this page limits your rights under those licences.

You keep all your rights in what you put into the products — records, tests, photos and everything else. We do not claim ownership of it. You give us only the permission we need to store and show it to provide the products to you.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload material that infringes someone else's copyright.

If you believe something in our products or on this website infringes your copyright, email support@ariakarsa.com with:

1. 1.Your name and contact details.
2. 2.The work you believe is being infringed.
3. 3.Where the infringing material is, with enough detail for us to find it.
4. 4.A statement that you own the copyright, or are allowed to act for the owner, and that the information you have given is accurate.

We will look into every report. Where the material was uploaded by one of our customers, we will tell them about your report and give them a chance to respond. We close the accounts of customers who infringe copyright repeatedly.

We update this page when our products change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
