Summary
This policy explains what the Aria Karsa products collect, why, and what control you have. The detail follows; the short version is:
- Businesses decide what goes into their products — and their records stay theirs.
- We collect only what we need to run the products for you and to support you.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- You can reach a person at privacy@ariakarsa.com.
Who we are
Aria Karsa (“we”, “us”) makes a family of business products — ERP, LMS and Sekolahku.
This policy covers every Aria Karsa product and this website, including the product websites perfectscoreact.com and sekolahku.digital, unless that website publishes its own policy.
Whose data this is
Most of the personal data in our products is entered by the businesses that use them: a school's student records, a shop's customer and supplier contacts, a company's test results. That business decides what data goes in and why, and we handle it on its behalf. If you are a student, test-taker, customer or employee of a business that uses Aria Karsa, that business is your first point of contact for questions about your data, and we will help it answer them.
Data we collect
| Data | Examples | Why we collect it | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account details | Name, work email, business name, role | Create and secure accounts, and contact you about the service | You provide it |
| Business records | Everything a business puts into a product — see the next section | Run the product the business has chosen | The business and its users |
| Billing details | Plan, invoices and payment records | Bill for paid plans | You provide it |
| Support messages | What you send us and our replies | Answer your questions | You provide it |
| Usage information | Features used, errors, device and browser type | Keep the products working and improve them | Collected automatically |
Data in each product
Each product does a different job, so each one holds different personal data:
| Product | Personal data it may hold |
|---|---|
| ERP | Customer and supplier contacts, sales, invoices, and finance and accounting records |
| LMS | Test-takers’ names, their answers (online or on offline bubble sheets) and their assessments |
| Sekolahku | Student, teacher and class records, schedules, academic reports, and tuition, event fee and other billing records |
How we use your data
We use personal data only to:
- provide the products a business has chosen, and keep its data in sync across them;
- create, secure and manage accounts;
- bill for paid plans;
- answer support requests and talk to businesses that contact our sales team;
- find and fix problems, and improve the products;
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not use a business's records for our own purposes. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or show them to anyone the business has not chosen to share them with.
How long we keep data
We keep a business's data while it uses our products. When an account closes, we delete its data, except records the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.
Your privacy rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your data
- Export your data in a format you can take elsewhere
- Withdraw consent you have given us
Email privacy@ariakarsa.com. If your data was entered by a business that uses Aria Karsa (see section 3), we will pass your request to that business and help it respond.
Children’s data
Sekolahku and LMS are used by schools and other educators, so they may hold records about children. The school or educator decides what is recorded and is responsible for getting any permission from parents or guardians that the law requires. We use those records only to provide the product to that school or educator.
Security
We protect data with security measures suited to how sensitive it is, and we limit access to the staff who need it to run the products. No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your personal data, we will tell you and the businesses concerned as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our products change, and the “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. We will tell you about important changes before they take effect.
