The agreement
These Terms are an agreement between Aria Karsa (“we”, “us”) and the business that uses our products (“you”). They cover every product in the Aria Karsa family and this website. By signing up for or using a product, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the products.
Our products are built for businesses, from small and medium-sized ones to enterprises. If you accept these Terms for a company, school or other organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it.
The Aria Karsa products
Aria Karsa is a family of business products. These Terms apply to all of them:
- ERP — A complete ERP for retail and distribution — Sales, Customers, Suppliers, Products, Inventory, Finance, Accounting and Reports, all navigable from one shared top-level nav bar.
- LMS — Online learning where your business builds its own tests. Choose a live online test or an offline bubble-sheet exam — and everyone who takes it gets an instant assessment.
- Sekolahku — Manage the whole school. Operations like class and teacher management, schedules and reports — plus administration like tuition, event fees and other billing.
You choose the products your business needs; no bundle is required. LMS and Sekolahku have their own websites, perfectscoreact.com and sekolahku.digital. These Terms apply there too, unless that website publishes its own terms.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everyone you give access to — staff, teachers, students and other users — and for what they do in your account.
- Keep your login details secure, and do not share a login between people.
- Tell us promptly at support@ariakarsa.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Paid plans and Enterprise
Prices and billing terms for paid plans are shown to you, or agreed with our sales team, before you pay. If you have signed a separate agreement with us — as Enterprise customers usually do — that agreement takes priority where it differs from these Terms.
Some products let you bill your own customers — tuition and event fees in Sekolahku, invoices in ERP. Those payments are between you and your customers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the products to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the service. Specifically, do not:
- upload unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive or sexually explicit material;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your business;
- try to get into our systems, or another customer’s account, without permission;
- copy or bulk-download data from the products;
- get around access controls or usage limits;
- resell or redistribute the products without our written agreement.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. Sales and inventory records, tests and results, school records and everything else you put into the products stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and show that data to provide the products to you.
You are responsible for having the right to put personal data about other people — your customers, suppliers, staff or students — into the products. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Product-specific responsibilities
Each product does a different job, so some responsibilities apply to one product only:
- ERP. Finance, accounting and reports are built from the data you enter. Check them before you rely on them; you remain responsible for your own books.
- LMS. You write your own tests, and everyone who takes one gets an instant assessment based on your answers. Decisions you make from those results are yours to make.
- Sekolahku. Schools hold records about students, many of them children. You are responsible for getting any permission from parents or guardians that the law requires.
Our intellectual property
The products, their design and the Aria Karsa name and logos belong to us. You may use the products for your business while your account is active. What that covers, and what it does not, is explained in our Copyright & Legal Notices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We work to keep every product running well, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the maximum extent the law allows, the products are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Termination
You can stop using the products at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these Terms, or where the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first.
Changes
We may update these Terms when our products change. We will tell you about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using the products after that, you accept the updated Terms.
